Hi team.. This letter is subject to tracking number [protected]. I received a text message on my number stating the order will be delivered to me by 17th april.. However today 16th april 10 pm i got a text message stating that my order is not delivered as there was a problem related to address.. Just to tell you place place where i stay is one of the prime locations and easy to trace.. And its not first time i am ordering something online.. I have ordered products online and they are delivered to me to my address.. So how come my address is an issue this time. If there is any issue any courier or delivery person should call me and intimate me about it that they are reaching at my place so can keep a track of it.. It such a poor customer service. And i need the product to be delivered today anyhow at my address before 12 pm today.. As i am a working person.. And whole day i cant wait for the delivery person. Rather intimate me the time or call me and take my expected time to deliver the order.. I will escalate this matter to md level if it's not delivered today before 12 pm.. I want someone to call me regards to this and get this resolved.. Thanks.. Shreshma saxena
