Blue Dart Express — Latency in delivery of shipment | |||
This concerns the latency in the delivery of my shipment #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 13th October. The concerned person who was supposed to deliver the package made no effort to call back to give any updates. The shipment records state something out the blue. The concerned delivery person is very lenient about the issue. We were only asked for the directions but no response after. To top that off I was sent a mail that said my shipment was refused within a few minutes of calling the concerned delivery guy. I request you to look into this matter of severe discrepancies and tardiness as I still haven’t received my package. Was this information helpful? | |||
