We have a pending consignment ([protected]) to be delivered in office of postal superintendent, changanassery division. The consignment is from

Idgah hills
Bhopal
Madhya pradesh -462001

The item was received at changanassery office of bluedart on 21.04.2018 and when we contacted one of your agent premkumar (Mobile no [protected]), the response was so irresponsible. We are part of a govt institution and supposed to work in a time bound manner. Due to these delays we are not able to meet our timelines properly. Kindly arrange a solution to this issue at the earliest.in hope of a positive response.
