Blue Dart Express — credit card are not delivered properly in this courier twice it happened

I had issue in getting credit card delivery. Simply they are mentioning fake reasons and closing the courier. Two times both are credit card not delivered. If some other statement or other couriers are received from same branch and services. Very bad services. Why they are getting mobile no if they are having policy of not calling for any assistance in address locating.

My courer ref[protected] this some reasons we was not present our courier address that time courer boy reached home address and my curier has back to service center than still I continually call to blue dart courier but I haven't any responsibil reply to courer service

Delivery boy very rudely behave and I said him to open parcel he is not agree for that after giving payment. I said him I just wanted to check it that it is not empty or other items. But he take back parcel without give me.

As am a customer of Blue Dart service. my package is undelivered since last 3-4 days. as that package is most important to me... and also the service provider at Rohtak unit is not picking up the phone as m trying for 10-12 times since last 2 hours...
please do the needful
