Blue Dart Express — my consignment delivered to wrong person | |||
I'm from Dhar (MP), Pin Code - 454001. I've booked tickets for an event tomorrow from PayTm Insider and they mailed me that your tickets will be delivered to you by the Blue Dart Express. Today, when I checked the status of my package on Blue Dart, it is showing that the consignment is delivered to someone named 'Prashant' in "Indore". When the shipping address is clearly mentioned of "Dhar", how can they mark it as delivered after delivering the consignment in Indore? I'm extremely disappointed with the services of Blue Dart Express. I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
