Hello team,

Regarding the shipment [protected], it was not delivered and i can see that the status has been updated as "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark" in your tracking system.

Earlier today i had got a message to my mobile that, it will be delivered today (10/5) and there was no call i received from bluedart delivery person.
There is are so many other shipment has been delivered by blue dart team to my address and i was at home waiting for this to be delivered.
Not sure how this can be be tagged to "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark"... Please help resolve at the earliest.

ATM card was not delivered. Tracking status it updated as premises closed. But premises was not closed.

My consignment with way Bill no [protected] was not delivered to me & I have received a message that it was rejected by me. I have talked to blue dart customer care today morning asking about delay in delivery & also gave them my complete address once more & my alternate Mobile number also.
Please resolve at the earliest.

My debit card been dispatched from citibank 3 weeks backs and i didn't get it till now. I didn't get any call regarding my courier. When i try to call the customer care i am not gettting any response
