Blue Dart Express — My parcel is missing. | |
On Saturday Dec5, 2020 at 6:30PM i received a message from blue dart "Thank you for cooperating in the contactless delivery of your shpt vide Blue Dart Awb#3782080xxxx to SING. Please acknowledge delivery on". But i haven't got my parcel, i don't even know to whom my parcel is delivered & Blue dart's customer support is not answering my calls. My parcel is missing and blue dart's customer support either not answering or their numbers are busy, i tried sending mail to them but their mail server is also down. Please help in getting my parcel back & penalising blue dart for this inconvenience. Was this information helpful? | |
