Blue Dart Express — My product delivery getting delayed.. | |
I Purchased product from paytm mall on 26th Jul by 7.30am. Product picked up by bluedart by 27th Jul 12.05pm. I Want delivery by 27th Jul due to some urgency, so that I called bluedart customer care for the same. I requested them to Pick that product by myself from your HUB but they denied. Now status showing delivery delayed by one day and it will be arriving by 29th July. WHY????? I am taking follow up for this because of some reasons, I need that by 27th but already it was delayed by one day... And today you are failed to deliver on commited day 28th Jul. I want my product by today at any cost... You guy's never understand the urgency of Customers.. Sellers location is Andheri & Delivery location is Chembur. Both are in Mumbai in 20km range... What is the problem... Disappointed by Bluedart team... (what fastest service you are giving?) I want my product by today as early as possible... Was this information helpful? | |
