Blue Dart Express — negligence to deliver | |||||
Hello my name is sachin, i had ordered a product on 27th of august, and it has been more than a week i didn't receive it so i kept complaining about the delay to amazon through live chat facility. Then finally the item got shipped, and on saturday i received a call from that bluedart courier service person that it will be delivered today. But nobody showed up that day, nor sunday, monday, and today on tuesday 5th sep, i received a message that you have refused the order and we are returning it back to the seller..!!?? What in the god's name is this type of negligence and behaviour... I have been eagerly waiting for that and complaining about the delay, and they cancel it return it saying that i refused it??
