Blue Dart Express — non delivery of documents for 3 days | |||||
My insurance company had sent some documents through blue dart couriers number awb#[protected] on 18.10.'17. As per tracking details it reached guwahati on 22.10.'17. But it has not been delivered. This was known on 24.10 as i checked the position after receiving the details from the insurance company. There after i contacted their guwahati branch number. Mostly it remained busy. Later when somehow i got the line through on 24.10.'17, i was informed that delivery person had not come, so it could be delivered only in the afternoon. At lunch time their phone was temporarily out of service. Later on enquiry was told that he is sending an email to the delivery department.in the evening again on enquiry was informed that the area was out of service area. The documents not delivered even on 25.10.'17. They never informed me about arrival of document. Nor contacted me for alternative delivery location. Service is worst, as i later on read the reviews, is there any way to make the company to fulfill its obligations to deliver, once they have accepted the documents. Why didn't they book the documents if it was outside the delivery area. What areas are covered by the delivery. By reading other commitments/ reviews it is clear blue dart makes customers to collect the documents from their office. Was this information helpful? | |||||
