[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — non delivery of material | |||
Dear sir, A domestic used fridge was booked through blue dart haridwar vide no. [protected] on 14th nov. 2019 to greater noida (West) pin-201009 to the c/nor mr. Tarun rohilla, gaur city-2. 16th avenue, flat no. 20080, tower – k, greater noida west - 201009, and delivery schedule was shown 18.11.2019. To my utter surprise it is still lying with noida office till today and inspite of constant follow up with mr. Rawat of haridwar branch and incharge noida branch, the delivery could not be materialized. This is the real picture of world famed blue dart, what to say of small courier companies. The things have gone to worst and such type of dealing is never expected from blue dart Company. Please look into it and advise to impose suitable fine for the delayed delivery in lieu of harassment of the customer. An early response is desired please. Was this information helpful? | |||

Courier boy is not called me, but they have updated the status as 'Need Department Name/Extention Number', what this means. If you can't provide service then close the business and don't play games with customers.
