Hi bluedart team, My parcel tracking no. is [protected]. I had received call yesterday from [protected] regarding my parcel but at that time i was not available. so they had word regarding delivery for today evening (25 july 16). today am trying this no. more than 6 times but nobody attend my call & not given any alert regarding my 12000 cost parcel. i want to know the status of my parcel & when it will be deliver. now blue dart update wrong address without contact me. there is certain fraud in the delivery system Regards Amrit pal singh [protected] Sent from my apsd iphone Was this information helpful? | |||||

Very poor service blue dart raipur no body pickup the call neither in landline nor in cell highly disappointed.
Very disappoint. no customer support. irresponsible staff. I think you should close the Raipur office...
