Blue Dart Express — not delivering the product from 1 month

Ev[protected] this is my reference number, they are not delivering the product from past 1 month. I have already visited the madhapur blue dart service 2 times and mentioned the address and phone number, next day they sent it back. Again i tried to call the bank applied. They posted on 11 september 2017. Please check the track sheet
