Blue Dart Express — not receiving my courier

For the past 10 days haven't received my courier inspite of it being in mumbai only. Am calling them twice each day and they confirm it will be delivered today but 10 days have passed and no action taken.

No sense of responsibility and to add to it they have the audacity to tell me, its not delivered what can i do. There is load and it will take time.

Never seen worst service then this..

Parcel not reached to the consigne in spite of being in the same city I.e jaipur & is very near to new attish market, where blue dart is having its biggest office in jaipur city
