Blue Dart Express — not yet delivered the product and no updates from bluedart | |||
Product has to be delivered on 16th jan... Didn't get delivered still since 3 days delay in shipment... Getting tracking messages as i'm getting the delivery today but no delivery for the whole day... Same thing is happening daily... Waste service i have ever experienced in my life... Calling customer service at least 5 times in a day.. No tracking updates and nothing is happening since 3 days i am holding all my personal work bcz of value product to be delivered.. I received a envelope which is opened.it is some pesonal health related documents and products . It has been dispatched on :13/01/2018 with waybill# [protected] and received on 17th January 2018 at 17.00 O'clock. It is very confident and care document so please take corrective action or let me know the status.
