My awb no. [protected] I was supposed to get my parcel on 25 may 2018 evening but due to absence of landmark and not being able to find my location the package wasn't delivered. Now i'm trying to reschedule it but i am unable to do so, and there's no response from customer care too. Kindly look into and reply at earliest as it is a birthday gift and i want to recieve it as soon as possible. This parcel is in chikalthana aurangabad since 3 days these guys are not even trying to deliver this parcel simply updating different stupid reasons that my address is unlocatable, sometime say my address is institution. The location of my parcel is same hub which shows that it was not even moved out of the hub. If they attempted delivery so why did not these guys tried calling me on the contact number provided. .Worst experience with bluedart especially chikalthana aurangabad maharashtra branch. Please ask these people to delivery order soon amd atleast try calling me
