Blue Dart Express — order not delivered and misplaced | |||
Hi, i have been trying to follow up on my courier which was prepaid (Awb:[protected]). I could see the tracking details stating the courier has reached palakkad on 9.3 but not delivered at all. When visiting the facility they are saying they don’t have an idea about who has the courier. No response after calling the customer care as well. This is not the first time it’s happening with me. I have gone ahead and tolerated. But i cannot anymore. There needs to be a company ethics and sense of responsibility which is not at all there with bluedart when dealing with people.
