Blue Dart Express — package not delivered (waybill no : 69601564421)

This is regarding WayBill no : [protected] .
The shipment arrived in bangalore on 22nd May . Since then its more than 10 days and the package has not been delivered yet. EveryDay the status is saying incorrect pincode or delayed delivery although the pincode is absolutely correct.
I reached out to customer support and the response is pathetic. They are telling that the issue will be considered on priority but nothing is happening. Even none of the coward senior representatives are talking when i asked to escalate this issue.
I am pissed off with the service by BlueDart.
