Respected sir, My name is sandeep kumar i had applied for pan card duly filled by me in form no.49a i had given all the details of my adddress required for delivery of pan card. I received a message that Your pan card has been delivered on 29- oct-2016 by blue dart express ltd. I had visited blue dart 2-3 times but they replied your pan card is returned to nsdl Please sir resend me my pan card i will be very greatful to you Thanks Sandeep kumar Acknowledgement no.[protected] Pan card no.
