On 27th dec a parcel was delivered through bluedart. Order number :[protected].
I had asked the blue dart rep if i can make an online payment. He told me that there is a process of making online payment and the payment went through mosambee. I made a payment of 2400. The rep told me that the payment is not reflected from their end and wanted cash payment. Even though i had a confirmation that the payment was processed through mosambee, but the rep disagreed to it and asked me to contact the bank. And the rep collected cash payment for 2400. I called my bank and lodged a complaint and they confirmed that the payment has been processed. I am attaching the screenshot of online payment.
Kindly check and refund the amount
