Blue Dart Express — product is not at all delivery and no proper customer services helpline

Hi,

I have order an item in paytm and paytm did the courier by bluedart.
Since 9th oct daily i am facing issue with this.

On 9th i got the call from blue dart stating that please come to ground floor and the courier boy disconnected the call after that word and i went to ground floor and waited for more than 30 mins and made no of calls to that guy but no response.

And the same thing on 11th. So i tried to call customer care but the number provided is not working.

Waybill number - [protected]

please change the consignee's pin code to 713103 from 713101. the package was sent from Microsoft, Hyderabad.
