Blue Dart Express — product never delivered, I had to go to blue dart office to collect the product | |||
Pathetic service in Bangalore I must say. 1st time they did not deliver for no reason, they have the mobile number but they don't bother call, I had to go all the way to collect the product from BlueDart office. Now this is 2nd time I am facing the same issue. The courier guys are irresponsible and having rude behaviour. Both the times I have important documents which I need it on urgent basis. Customer care is as useless as these people. Whom to reach for such concern? Or shall we stop trusting Blue Dart Services? Was this information helpful? | |||
