[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — product not delivered and not contacted by them | |||||
My shipment was arrived surat at 25th january 2018. But they mentioned in tracking details as address incorrect. On 27th january 2018 i called in customer care and provided my complete address and mobile no, but then again they mentioned address unlocated/landmark needed. They not even trying to contact me. So poor service by bluedart. Even a local courier gets delivered at my address, but they don't even care to call a consignee to ask the location. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally today the courier boy came today in afternoon for delivery after 2 unsuccessful attempts. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Respected sir blue dart courier dalhouise road pathankot near Shani Mandir. This courier service is not good in pathankot distt. All the staff member do not work responsibly. This courier down the blue dart image. Plz take action this regarding.
