[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — Product not delivered & giving fake reasons for non-delivery | |||||
I ordered TWO phone cases online & within few days only ONE was delivered but delivery boy from blue dart took money for TWO. When called customer care from where I ordered my product they informed to seller & decided to send the cheque of amount of the one product. I waited for almost week & I still have not received my cheque. When I called Blu Dart market yard branch Pune office, nobody picked the call; while sometimes call was busy. Now I am constantly calling them from last 4 days & nobody is picking up the phone. When called Blu dart customer care, they said that my house door was locked. But we were at the home all the time. This parcel is about money & not product. So I request you to look into this matter on urge basis, otherwise I have to file a case in Police station. My order track id no. - [protected].
