Blue Dart Express — Re: Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect | |||
My parcel is been marked as "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect" by the delivery boy or whoever on 03Dec2020, whereas I had the full address on the parcel with three phone numbers including sender phone number. If I did not have the address or phone number on the parcel, how come they managed to deliver it today! There were some bank documents in the parcel and I had big loss because of that, it involved some payments from overseas. This can't be excused since we had everything correct on the parcel. It is just the carelessness from the Bluedart's end. I would want Bluedart to pay for my financial losses and refund me for the shipment fees.
