Blue Dart Express — Refused to deliver product at my address

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 700019

On 28.04.2017 i received a call from [protected] and confirming my availability at 4-5pm for delivery against AWB#[protected]. I received a call at around 6:05pm. The person refused to deliver the consignment at 10th floor (my office address) citing probable delay in lift. He insisted me to collect the consignment from ground floor of my office building. When I reached his suggested spot for consignment collection, i found the man hal already left and disconnected calls that i made on the same phone number.
Later i discovered that he has indicated my non-availability as a reason for non-delivery of the said consignment.

I request Blue Dart authority to strictly instruct delivery personnel to reach the prescribed address for consignment delivery.
