Blue dart servise is good but in andhra pradesh currier people they dont know english. Even hindi also dont know. How i will communicate with these people... Please give bussiness franchise to person, who knows english... Because in andhra so many people from other state. Atlist one english person should be there in department for better understanding of the customer need. Communication is must important in your field. Other no buddy will entertain your service. I called customer care multiple times & givena breif address with along with mobile number but still BlueDart people not wanted to deliver the Package, they also not calling on mobile.
Can you please ask delivery boy to call me, I will help them to reach at address.
