Blue Dart Express — restricted area prohibited zone

I was suppose to get the parcel delivered today by evening. But now the tracking system shows prohibited area and restricted zone. Trident to get in touch with blue dart but no response in email. Also tried calling on the customer care number it is a wrong number. To get the parcel was am emergency. My tracking id is [protected]. What do i do now?
I am ready to go pick it up myself from their office. But they are not responding at all.
