Blue Dart Express — serious issue with the delivery of my products. | |||||
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. This is a serious issue. Blue Dart Awb# [protected] I had placed an order through Max and it was supposed to be delivered on 18.09.2018 but due to my poor health condition I was not in the office so I asked the delivery boy named Ronnie (Phn number - [protected]) to please give it to me on the next day i.e. 19.09.2018. But at night at around 11:30 pm I received a message from Blue Dart stating that the parcel has been delivered to me. Please note that it was a paid parcel. As it was late night hence I did not call the guy that very moment but I saved his number so that I could take necessary action later on. Today around 10 am I gave him a call and told him to please give the products in the morning. He came some time back and I asked him that why did he marked the parcel delivered? He said that he is a sub agent and it was not his fault but the Bhowanipore delivery guy named Partha told him that they can mark the product delivered as it was a Paid order. I have been ordering items for over Two decades now and have not faced such an issue as the delivery date has always been rescheduled. I am really dissatisfied and need an explanation along with a compensation for such an act. Looking forward to hear back from you at the earliest. Please don’t appoint illiterate people to deliver the stuff. He misbehaved with us. He was not letting us to touch the parcel without paying for it even he didn’t let us see the details like address and amount . And also argued in necessarily.
