[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — shipment has not delivered to wrong remarks updated in courier tracking | |||
A shipment [protected] had dispatched from delhi to gurgaon on dated 12th may 2020. It had to be delivered on 13th may 2020 which has not done on yesterday. On today when i tracked it i shocked to see the wrong remarks. Remarks is premises has locked even that i was available on deliver address from 9:30 am to 7:00pm. None was came on that address. How can they update the wrong remarks. It was very ridiculous. I want to know who is the bloody person & company should be take the serious action against this # person. Shipment was very important for me. Pl do the needful on urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 23, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved DTDC has never taken action for it. No response from company side. i need to charge of penalty from company side of Rs. 575/- Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
