Waybill no [protected] - this was supposed to be delivered on monday 19th aug but it wasn't delivered until eod. Upon checking the status, it said consignee not available, whereas i neither got a call nor anyone came at my doorstep to deliver the product.
Day 2 - 20th aug, i call the call center at 5.30 pm and they say it will be delivered by 6.30 pm. 6.40 pm i get a call from delivery agent, asks for my address and promises he will be there in 30 mins. Waited until 8.30 pm and he does not arrive. I call him on his cell no at least 10 times and he doesn't answer. When i called call center, they say that the update shows that they have tried to call me and i did not answer the call..
