Myself Mayank Saini from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. I have a shipment from ICICI Bank, AWB no. [protected]. The delivery date of this shipment was 24/04/2023, and today it's 27/03/2023 and I still have received my consignment. On 25/04/2023 I received a SMS from bluedart that "consignee's address is incorrect". The address in my bank account is the same as the address on my aadhar card then how can it be incorrect?
I called the customer care on the same day and the lady executive told me that they will get my consignment delivered by the next day, i.e, 26/04/2023. On next day, I still didn't received my consignment and again called the customer care. They took my address amd contact number and again i was told that my consignment will be delivered by today, i.e, 27/04/2023. It's around 2PM when I'm writing this complaint, and I still haven't received my shipment.
Is this your service bluedart? Is this how you treat your customer? This is my worst experience I've ever had with a courier company.
Please look into this matter and get my consignment delivered to me asap.
