Blue Dart Express — Shipments not delivered | |||
My shipment is out for delivery from the past 25 days howeer i have not received it yet. I have been getting different excuses as consignee not available, address out of area, etc. I have not received a single call from blue dart yet. I have received almost 8 waybill numbers. And have also called blue dart for almost 7 times. However everytime i was promised that i will receive a call from the driver. I even spoke to the manager however still of no use. Now i am done with following up. I wanted to pick up the shipment. I called blue dart again today and spoke to lionel who was a bit rude and he advised that the blue dart won't call prior delivery in case if the shipment is from a bank. He also stated that blue dart needs an approval email from the concerned bank so that you pick up the item from the office location. I have applied for two new bank accounts and hence i do not have the details so that i can provide it to the bank so that they can track it from their side as all the required details are in the shipments. I usually do a night shift and cannot receive the shipment at my office address in the day time. Overall an extremely pathetic service from blue dart. I will try to escalate it to the highest level possible. I was very patient this long however cannot be more. I am left with nothing to do between the bank and the courier service. Atleast let me pick up my shipments myself. I will provide whatever proof required to confirm my identity. Pathetic service...!!!
