[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — showing delivery received but did not deliver

I had ordered headphones from a chennai based company headphonezone.in and they had shipped the item through bluedart express waybill no-[protected] to durgapur, west bengal. The order shipped on 3rd of august and now on 5th of august in the evening i got message that order has been delivered. But i didnot receive any order. Please help with a resolution to this problem.

Delivery guy left package at the security gate of apartment without bothering to call or inform me even though I was present at my home.I had to go and ask the security guard if any package has been delivered.

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have mistakenly provided wrong pin code. I ordered a product from mi.com. the AWB number is [protected]. the pincode was supposed to be 110017 instead of 110019. I request you to correct the pin code ASAP.

Please share me the proof of delivery for the tracking no "[protected]" . The Package was of denim jeans to be delivered to Seller in Delhi. So kidly provide me proof of delivery as soon as possible
