[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — the delivery is being delayed

The items which i ordered on Nykaa got dispatched via Blue Dart on 25th may. By 28th May the items were supposed to be delieverd but it never got delivered and as of now when i am trying to track the order there's showing that the undelivered shipment items is held at location. I even tried calling customer care of blue dart but there are unresponsive i just have no idea of when will the products get delivered. Blue Dart has a poor delivery service.

Updated by Tweety2997 I just don't know what is wrong with blue dart delivery services why are they just holding back the undelievered shipment at the location. The delivery which was supposed to be made on 28th may never happened, neither am i receiving any sms from their side and when i am trying to contact the customer care number of blue dart they are also unresponsive.
