[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — unable to contact customer care, also no response on mail | |||
Recently i have applied for cheque book from hdfc bank and they are sending the same via bluedart courier service. Kindly note that as per my previous experience with bluedart do not serve the delivery location which is a rural village. Right now i am unable to track the location of item, naither able to reach bluedart customers service executive as call is disconnecting like the no. Does not exist. I have also mailed this regard but no response from company side. Please help me in this regard as i urgently required this cheque book and i am unable to contact the local bluedart branch or delivery person as well.
