Blue Dart Express — non delivery of consignment by blue dart | |||
I would advise all who would be reading this complaint to not to use blue dart for couriering any items. They hardly respond to customers and trying to talk to blue dart agents is almost next to impossible. My wife waited the whole day for a consignment to be delivered but the delivery agent deliberately did not deliver the item despite he being just 300 meters from the place of delivery. A status was put up by blue dart that consignee not available at address. They indulge in hassling the customer and is very difficult to get in touch with them. This company has been doing this for all consignments to our address but today's behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I am waiting for this product from last 2days, when I am tracking the status is shown like the product is out for delivery but I didn't get any call from courier party till now. I[censored] r unable to deliver my product just intimate me u r order is cancelled, i[censored] cancel my order than I make a fresh order otherwise deliver my order as soon as possible.
