[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — unethical behaviour | |||||
I ordered a product in flipkart and it should be delivered on 24th october. When i checked the status in blue dart, it was showing as attempted delivery-premise closed without even coming to my house. I was there in house for entire day. After re-attempting the delivery on 26th, i got a msg at 9.30 p. M as out for delivery. When i checked today morning for the status, its again showing as attempted delivery - premise closed. Looks like they didn't even come to house and telling as attempted delivery. They should be having my number. They should have called me if they come to house but they didnt even call. I am not sure whether they have the product or missed somewhere and updating falsely. Customer care also not attending the call. Tried many times. Worst service. Waybill number - [protected]. Oct 29, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart team reattempted the delivery today and finally got the product. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
