[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — Updated wrong status

[protected]. This is my waybill no. Bluedart didnot try calling me or delivering the item. I was at home and my phone available. As usual, its updated in your website, consignee not available. This is trademark of blue dart pathetic service

From Bangalore H.O. Mr Vijayndra called and he apologised, my product was delivered and he said he will look into eastern region blue dart issues.He was very generous.From Jadavpur warehouse Abhisek called, he was trying to cover up for the mistake and was very arrogant and rude, so I disconnected his call, I donot appreciate such people.Later easter region security dept called up and the person said, he wanted to come down to my place to apologise.I refused giving him an appointment, because I am very irritated with Blue Dart.I asked him to work on the problems instead of apologising.He insisted on an appointement.I said I cant give one but can give details of blue dart issues I have fav=ced thrice, if he calls me back later.But he didnot.As ususal, irresponsible people at Blue Dart.
