Blue Dart Express — useless delivery - unnecessary delay with fake updates | |||
Hi team, I'm very shocked to see the process of delivery given by blue dart, my shipment is at nearest hub but they guys are unable to deliver it & furthermore updating the false information on that. I had a word with one of delivery boy on same location, he cleared that your shipment is still at hub location, no one came for delivery & you have to speak with manager of that location i[censored] want fast service.. What is the process is that??? I have about to receive two shipments on two different numbers but both are having same kind of fake update.. There is no transparency in between the delivery person & the receiver as they guy's are not sharing any contact details to customer so that they can confirm the delivery time & location..
