Please look into the issue we customers are suffering due to your bluedart service in srinagar, it is worst ever service i have seen, no delivery in time, no customer satisfaction, rude behaviour of employees... Please change the whole staff if you really wish your bluedart name to be good, also look into the reviews on internet customers are giving related to this service in srinagar.
