Dear sir! Our hospital staff sister bessy mathew baby cell number [protected] - had applied for pan card. It dept has dispatched the original apn card number dxipm6445r of her vide blue dart courrier consignment Number[protected] to gajuwaka, visakhapatnam 530011, ap. They have misplaced and now claiming to deliver it to one ramlal on 25/7/17, who does not exist in our hospital. How can the said courrier agency is such irresponsible in handling pan card delivery and why this courrier should not be black listed and action must be taken against him.
