Blue Dart Express — wrongly return the consignment

My pan card dispatch through blue dart waybill no : [protected] we track it now it shows consignee's address incorrect & returned to origin at shipper's request. Its a regular practice in our area that they are not able to deliver they return the consignment. Its a very important document i need it on higher priority pls. Resend my pan card asap.
