I have booked my gas cylinder through IVR Sysytem on 06.02.2016 for my Consumer No. 02042 with Blue Flame Gas Service, Tezpur, Assam. Till date we have not received the cylinder from the company. We have received a message on 06.02.2016 stating that your cylinder will delivered shortly with a gas booking no. 201072. We have even complaint at your IVR System vide Complaint Reference No. 2553847 dated 21.02.2016, till date we have not seen any action regarding the complaint. Kindly look into the matter, as we are facing lots of problems with a empty cylinder. Was this information helpful? |
