Called on 23rd Feb. Reported F0 error. Technician came and diagnosed it as gas leak issue. Charged Rs.4000 and refilled the gas and assured 3 months warranty.
Same issue re-occurred on 16th March 22 - f0 error. Technician reported on 21- March-22. Refilled the gas again.same issue reocurred on 13th April. - F0 error. No one visited after multiple calls every alternate day.
On 30th April, i get a call from Mr. Nagaraj from Blue star mentioning that immediately he is going to take an action and get it rectified. However immediately after his call this ticket gets cancelled automatically with a reason customer not contactable inspite of Mr. Nagaraj's call same day with me. When contacted him directly on his mobile, he assured me that he would raise a new ticket immediately. Basically as the ticket was aging without being address I strongly believe that it was closed.
A new ticket - B[protected] was raised on 30th April 2022 by them only and till date -9th May 2022, no one has visited or attended the complaint. My small two children are suffering each night due to hot summers in Hyderabad from 13th April.
