[Resolved] Blue Star India — improper installation & unethical way and wrong behavior | |||
I have purchased 1 ton ac blue star on 13.04.2019. Installation person attend the same on 14.04.2019 but done improper installation. No proper cooling/ unwanted holes done & just finish the work in wrong way, most important now not ready to pick phone. Unwanted tubing cost charged & all pipes looking inside on wall. Extra hole keep as it is behind the indoor unit which is major risk during rainy season. So much arrogance with members at home. Service person send do not have experience & doing trial errors. I feel waste of rs.35000. Local dealer mundra corporation also does not support on this & this is my first deal with them. Expect atleast to repair as per our need and expectation. I am complaint about this problem no feedback from company only he talk with me we solve your problem and sending technician. Not any technician come 2 month World hopeless company support
