Bluedart — My courier has delivered to the wrong person. | |||||
Sir/Mam, My order id is [protected]. My transport number is[protected] and tranport company was BlueDart. Delivery ID is [protected] I ordered a redmi note 3 during mi diwali sale on 19 october, at 02:07 PM . But a courier company didn't come to my given address for the delivery and didn't even call me for the purpose of delivery . They didn't deliver the product to me. They have delivered the product to the wrong person. I came to know this after i got a confirmation mail of successful delivery on my email id My email id. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number is [protected]. Kindly look into this matter and provide me a solution regarding this as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you.
