[Resolved] Bluedart — package never delivered but website shows that the package has been delivered on 30th may 2020 at 3.41 pm and received by me. | |||
I placed an order on amazon, order id[protected]. The product delivery date was given as 30th may 2020. Amazon shipped the prouct on 22nd may 2022 and since then i have been tracking thr status on bluedart website. The waybill no [protected], reference number 125623. The product is never delivered and received by me but on the website it is showing as delivered on 30th may 2020 at 3.41 pm and received by me. I just checked my cctv footage of the mentioned time and there was no delivery attempt. Whereas on amazon website, the status is showing as delayed a d expected date to receive is 4th june 2020. I tried contacting your customer service team but no one was available to take calls. I even emailed them but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Received email from [email protected] and [email protected]. Blue dart made a huge blunder and their customer service team didn't apologize for the same.
I am not the only customer who faced this issue. There are thousands of similar complaints against couriers companies with similar instances. Not only this some courier staffs were abusive and rude.
I received the product but seller sent me incorrect product hence i put the return request.
I am thankful to this form for the help. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
