1. First time i am dealing with blue dart but dhl served me a lot 2. I contacted bluedart at trichur kerala at m. G. Road to dispatch a single document from trichur to banglore 3. The system was not working on 15/11/2016 at 15.40 hours due to some password problems. 4. Customers are dealt with a brand new guy. No supervisor was on seat. 5. The dealings of the guy was nice but he don't have a password to open the system. 6. I waited about forty five (45) minutes, he contacted several personal thank god at last he opened the system and booked my document 7. Why bluedart offered a service on this station without a supervisor.??? 8. On 17th at 16.40 pm your staff at bangalore delivered the document 9. The document is delivered not in office (Ok. Office was closed) it was delivered to a security person. 10. Fine delivered to the security person we accept. But it is the duty of the delivery person to contact the receiver and confirm that the document can be delivered over there or not. (Karnataka mobile is printed in airwaybill and on envelop) this is not done 11. Sender and receiver both reported this matter to customer service -[protected]. 12. Bluedart is the part of dhl. So the company should keep its standards 12. If bluedart is doing like this what is the difference between other cheap service providers 13. Why bluedart is not providing a perfect service??? 14.
