Yes I agreed, We too ordered a gown and kurti on this website. Today on 24th December, 2018 order delivered. We paid cash of 1185/-. We found all the torn cut clothes was there in the box. Now there is no response on the number on website and we have been a victim of the fraud. Please don't buy this. Delete this website. These guys are the biggest frauds and they even don't response. The return address shown on 75, Ayodhya, Gujarat. This is a complete fake address. And the phone numbers is also fake. Don't buy anything from this website.

Same issue happen with me on 23 dec 2019 worth rs.969. I have ordered 2 kurti and received junk as you all.

I observed all shipment are shipping though delhivery only. And may be Delhivery guys are involved in this scam with this firm.

I have complain in delhivery. They are picking up order for COD delivery. It means they know this company address very well and all details like bank and others.

had same experience for me today i received the parcel and on paying COD of 646/- and got all damaged and cut piece of cloths

Delhivery is involved in this scam. All parcels are delivering by Delhivery. I have complained to delhivery also but no action taken till now.

Same issue happened with me today 30th December 2018..i had ordered 2 Kurtis paid 1401 cod.. n got d material like u guys got, cut pieces.. theses guys are the biggest fraud.. I have decided dt I would lodge a complain against this website..

Thanks for the information people. Really sad for what happened and appreciate for creating awareness. I dropped a mail to cancel the order and also sent whatsapp. Will not take the the product when they come to deliver

this was my first order with bluelady and it felt totally cheated and seems like some fraud is going on, attach are pics of product ordered by me vide my order no #12956 dated 23/12/2018 and also attached is pic of products received which are totally different, down market and of very poor quality and stuff .
if this is sort of cheating is going on with customer then i will be compelled to take matter on higher level .I have initiated refund and return, kindly refund my money to the earliest

Blue lady india is a fraud company. I orderded for 3 kurtis of rs. 1400/- but i got damaged sarees which even does, nt cost rs.100/- dont by any products from this company or web site. They dont even recieve the complaints [ rehman mujeeb hassan]

Bt when we open the parcel after delivery there was only damage piece of clothes
